Acquisition standard
Original portfolio images are mirrored locally at their published resolution. Each new record stores its source page, source image URL, acquisition date, dimensions, and SHA-256 checksum. Exact and obvious visual duplicates are removed.
One source image becomes one gallery record. Video reels, Sketchfab embeds, later personal recreations, and fan art stay outside the public production archive.
Titles and text
Visible labels and artist captions take priority. Where a source supplies no title, the archive uses a plain description and does not present it as an official name. Artist contribution notes are retained with each applicable image.
Attribution levels
- Image-level
- The artist or source directly assigns the work.
- Shared
- The source identifies multiple contributors or limits the artist's contribution.
- Project-level
- The artist presents the set as their game work without naming every task.
- Collection-level
- Only a studio, team, or publication credit is supported.
